Walking into Yufa Group | School-Enterprise Exchange Drives Growth, Industry-Education Integration Cultivates Talent

In 2026, Yufa Group opened its doors to teachers and students from Northwestern Polytechnical University and Jingdezhen Ceramic University, building a practical bridge between higher education and industry.

In July, a group from Northwestern Polytechnical University arrived for an immersive internship. Walking the production lines, they gained first-hand insight into the company’s development journey, manufacturing processes, and product applications—experiencing the real-world practice and technological progress of the high-temperature alumina materials sector.

In October, teachers and students from Jingdezhen Ceramic University followed. Linking classroom knowledge with industrial reality, they explored the production flows and application pathways of alumina powders, ceramic materials, and related products, deepening their understanding of how professional expertise translates into industrial value.

Through these exchanges, Yufa Group continues to serve as an open platform where academia meets industry—nurturing talent, advancing collaboration, and strengthening the foundation for future innovation.
